Woo-hoo! Crime Cats: The Deadly Scarab took the Silver Medal for Children's Mystery in the 2018 Readers' Favorite Book Awards. My thanks to the judges, my artistic collaborators, my retail partners, and my wonderful readers!
This is the 8th award the Crime Cats series has won. It's difficult to believe, but it's true. I hope I don't wake up from this dream.
I am very proud to announce that Crime Cats: Missing won the Silver Medal in the 2016 Wishing Shelf Book Awards! Wishing Shelf is independent publishing contest out of England that prides itself on a thorough and transparent judging process.
Children’s books are read and judged by children in 8 UK primary and secondary schools. The books were marked according to EDITING, THEME, STYLE, COVER and, in the case of many of the children’s books, ILLUSTRATIONS. Each finalist is read a total of 15 to 20 times.
My sincere thanks to my collaborators, without whom there would be no Crime Cats, and to all of my friends and associates who have lent their help and support along the way.
