Last week I I was welcomed to Family Focus Learning Center in West Columbus to talk to the kids about "Crime Cats." I was blown away by the awesome face paint and cat ears the kids had donned in preparation of my visit and felt under-dressed. The staff and students were absolutely wonderful! It's official! Crime Cats: Missing has been awarded the 2016 Literary Classics Book Awards Silver Medal for Preteen Mystery, and it received the Literary Classics Seal of Approval. I want to express my thanks to the judges, my retail partners, CreateSpace, and to my collaborators, Michele Doughty, Ben Sostrom, Alycia Yates, Ross Hughes, Sue Engle, Molly Longstreth, Doug Clay, and everyone else who has helped me along the way.
