"The Deadly Scarab" Wins Silver Medal in Literary Classic Book Awards!

Crime Cats: The Deadly Scarab has won the Silver Medal for Preteen Mystery in the 2018 Literary Classics Book Awards. This is the 9th award for the series, and hardly seems real. I cannot express just how surprised I am at the success of Crime Cats, or the gratitude I hold for my collaborators, supporters, and reads. This has been a such a wonderful run. One which I look forward to continuing in the coming year with Volume 4.

"Crime Cats: The Deadly Scarab" Named 2017 Book of the Year!

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday season. I was very fortunate to wrap up 2017 by finding out Crime Cats: The Deadly Scarab was named 2017 Book of the Year by Australian author, Rosie Malezer's, Cathood Press. This means a lot to me because in addition to being an author, Rosie  is a prolific book reviewer and has worked as a vet tech and fosters kittens, so she knows her fiction—and her cats. My thanks to her for bestowing upon me this honor. What a wonderful way to say goodbye to 2017.
